As the old saying goes, ‘One minute on stage takes ten years of hard work off stage.’ Behind the curtains, where the spotlights can’t reach, lie endless hours of lonely, grueling rehearsals, days and nights of compounding effort, and an uncompromising dedication to the tiniest details. It takes more than just your own hard work—it requires the perfect alignment of timing, environment, the right people, and the slow refinement of time itself.

This is just like nature’s greatest miracle—the blooming of spring flowers. When we stand in awe of a colorful, dazzling ocean of blossoms in the spring, we must never forget: this jaw-dropping moment right now is actually the energy they hid away all winter long.

During that long, freezing winter, when everything looked completely dead, the seeds and roots were dug deep, anchoring themselves into the soil. They didn’t give up. They were just hiding in the quiet, silently storing up their strength. While enduring the bitter cold, they condensed every ounce of nutrients and life force straight into their core.

So, these wild magentas and those cascading, waterfall-like white lines you see right now? They aren’t just colors. I used my brush to carve this contrast between ‘hiding’ and ‘exploding’ onto the canvas. That deep blue and black background is the winter night silently gathering strength; while those vibrant lines erupting from the center are the unreserved, brilliant showcase of life when your moment finally arrives.
